RETURNS

You can return or exchange any of your chuchkas if you change your mind, within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. You will need to pay for the return delivery cost and once Chuchka has received your return items, your money will be refunded or an exchange item will be sent out.

Once sent, please send an email to info@chuchka.com.au to ensure your refund is processed ASAP. We suggest you get tracking on your return as we can not exchange or refund items that are lost in the post.
